Career Compass is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements. We aim to make the assessment and results usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology.

• Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states.
• Proper form labels and fieldset grouping for assessment questions.
• Screen-reader-compatible controls and chart data presented as text alongside visuals.
• Responsive text sizing and a layout that adapts to mobile and desktop.
• Reduced-motion support where applicable.

We use a professional palette chosen for adequate contrast, including a Navy (#14263D) primary and Teal (#16A085) accent on a light background (#F7F9FC).
