Career Compass is a science-informed career exploration tool based on established vocational-interest research. It is intended to support exploration and informed decision-making.

Results reflect your reported interests and do not measure intelligence, actual job performance, or guaranteed career success. This original 25-question assessment has not undergone formal psychometric validation. It is not a clinical psychological assessment, a validated aptitude test, or a hiring selection instrument.

You may use your results for personal exploration. You are responsible for verifying occupational requirements, salaries, and outlook with official sources before making decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your Career Compass data at any time. Misuse of the tool, including attempting to access other users' data, is prohibited.

Occupational information is summarized from O*NET OnLine. Salary and outlook data are national figures from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data sources.

Career Compass is provided "as is" for exploratory purposes. We are not liable for career or educational decisions made based on these results.
