Discipleship Commissioning

Go and Make Disciples

A lifelong commitment to following Jesus Christ.

The Great Commission

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

— Matthew 28:19–20

A Lifelong Calling

Completing the 12-week program is a milestone, but discipleship is not a course you finish. It is a lifelong commitment to following Jesus Christ, abiding in His Word, and walking in step with His Spirit each day.

Jesus calls every disciple to continue growing in the knowledge of Him, to serve others in love, and to make disciples who themselves make disciples. This commission is not reserved for a select few, it is the joyful calling of every follower of Christ.

As you go forward, remember that your standing before God rests on the finished work of Christ, not on your performance. Continue in humility, depend on His grace, and let your life and words point others to Him.

A Personal Commitment

You may voluntarily acknowledge the statement below. This is a personal expression of intent before God, not an oath required for salvation and not a measure of spiritual maturity. You are free to receive it or decline it.

By God’s grace, I seek to continue following Jesus Christ, studying His Word, living according to His teachings, serving others in love, and sharing the gospel faithfully.
