VNZ University collects only the information necessary to operate the program: your name, email address (provided through secure account sign-in), student progress, quiz attempts, assignment submissions, study notes, and certificate records. Lesson progress and personal notes belong to your account and are not shared with other students.
Your information is used to enroll you, track your discipleship progress, grade assignments, issue certificates of completion, send program notifications you have opted into, and provide a meaningful learning experience. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Access to the platform is provided through secure authentication managed by the Base44 platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Only you and authorized administrators can access your student record.
Each student’s progress, quiz attempts, submissions, notes, and grades are protected by role-based access controls. Students cannot access other students’ records, notes, or reflections. Instructors and administrators access records only as needed for grading and oversight.
Your student record and certificate are retained so that you can revisit completed lessons, review your notes, and verify your certificate in the future. You may request that your personal data be reviewed or removed by contacting us.
The platform uses secure authentication, role-based authorization, input validation, secure file handling, and reliable database operations. Certificate issuance is validated server-side; students cannot self-issue or alter certificates, and certificate verification is protected against unauthorized claims.
VNZ University is intended for adults. Enrollment is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or who have the consent of a parent or guardian. The program does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
VNZ University offers non-degree religious education and discipleship training. It is not a regionally or nationally accredited institution and does not confer academic degrees, ministerial licenses, ordination, or clergy credentials. Certificates recognize completion of study, not academic credit or ministerial standing.
You may manage optional notification preferences from your notifications page at any time. You may pause or withdraw your enrollment without losing access to content you have already completed.
